BMW 3 of the E46 series

1 Remove an aircombined box in a motive compartment, address to the Section Removal and installation of a box of an air inlet.

2 Turn off bolts of fastening and remove a locking wall of a heater-1-from a wall of a motive compartment-2-, having a little rejected it upward.

3 Remove gates of fresh air-1-at the left and on the right for what reject the lever-2-up.

4 Disconnect clips-1-, turn out screws-2-and uncover-3 electric motors of the fan.

5 Turn out screws (arrows on an illustration) and uncover the fan.

6 Rasstykuyte socket-1-.

7 Open a bracket-2-and cast away it upward.
8 Models 320i, 323i, 328i: Remove the top cover of the engine, address to the Section of the Spark plug.
9 Disconnect and take out the fan-3-electric motor with a krylchatka forward. Thus behind raise the electric motor a little.

0 Insert the fan electric motor. Thus watch that the level of a back cover was recorded in a back window of the engine.
11 Lower brackets of fastening and record.
12 Join the socket on the engine.
13 Fix the top cover five bolts.
14 Insert a cover of the electric motor of the fan and fix it from above. Press from below two brackets.

15 Connect gates of fresh air at the left and on the right and fix them for what displace the lever down.

16 Connect a locking wall of a heater-1-two holders-2-below in a wall of a motive compartment. Insert a cover both pins-3-into openings of-4 walls of a compartment and fix two screws-5-. On an accompanying illustration only the left half of a cover is shown.

17 Establish an aircombined box in a motive compartment, address to the Section Removal and installation of a box of an air inlet.
18 Models 320i, 323i, 328i: Establish the top covers of the engine, address to the Section of the Spark plug.

19 Remove an aircombined box in a motive compartment, address to the Section Removal and installation of a box of an air inlet.

20 Remove a locking wall of a heater.

21 Turn off four bolts of fastening of a krylchatka of the fan and remove her.
22 Turn off a bolt of fastening of a cover of the electric motor of the fan and remove it.
23 I will corrode Rasstykuyte.
24 Open a bracket of fastening of the electric motor and cast away up.
25 Models 320i, 323i, 328i: Remove the top covers of the engine, address to the Section of the Spark plug.
26 Take away the electric motor with a krylchatka forward and take out. Thus raise the electric motor a little back.

27 Install the electric motor. Thus watch that the level of a back cover was recorded in a back window of the engine.
28 Cast away a bracket down and record it.
29 Join the electric motor socket.
30 Establish a cover of the electric motor and fix a bolt.
31 Establish a cover of a wheel of the fan and fix four screws.

32 Establish a locking wall of a heater.

33 Establish an aircombined box in a motive compartment, address to the Section Removal and installation of a box of an air inlet.
34 320i, 323i, 328i: Establish the top covers of the engine.
