Work of system of injection

In TNVD pressure of injection of fuel which through fuel-supply lines of a high pressure and nozzles is injected into combustion chambers is created.

The air necessary for fuel combustion is sucked in via the air filter and compresses a turbocompressor, address to the Section Turbocompressor.

The monitor the engine estimates signals of various sensors, counts amount of injectable fuel and the moment of injection on the basis of the received information and transfers the corresponding teams to executive bodies. Thus there is a coordination of a monitor with other systems of the car, for example, to a control system of transmission, the conditioner or blocking of the car.

The sensor of provision of a pedal is located on a gas pedal support. By means of a potentiometer the monitor by the engine is given information on the provision of a pedal. The Trosovy drive of gas to TNVD is not used therefore there is a term "electronic pedal of gas".

The measuring instrument of mass of air with the built-in sensor temperatures of the soaked-up air are taken by amount of the soaked-up air.

The pulse sensor of a cranked shaft measures number of turns of the engine.

The sensor of movement of a needle of a nozzle on one of nozzles defines the beginning of injection and regulates process of injection depending on loading and number of turns of the engine.

The sensor of pressure of nadduvayemy air measures air pressure in the inlet pipeline. Its signals serve for restriction of amount of injectable fuel if adjustment of pressure of pressurization or the measuring instrument of amount of air fail.

The system of recirculation of the fulfilled AGR gases depending on a working condition of the engine brings to the soaking-up highway of the engine via the operated valve a certain amount of the fulfilled gas. Thus, fuel combustion temperature decreases. The this temperature is lower, the concentration of toxic agents in the fulfilled gases is lower.

The switch of a pedal of coupling serves for an exception of the blows arising at change of the mode and breakthroughs at coupling inclusion.

The switch of a pedal of a brake
serves for dumping of number of turns of the engine to single if the sensor of provision of a pedal of gas failed and the driver stops the car.

Owing to good starting characteristics of the engine with direct injection preliminary heat is required generally at temperatures below 0 °C. Glow plugs join from a monitor via the relay.
