Forward suspension bracket

Suspension bracket of forward wheels

The independent suspension bracket of forward wheels consists of cross levers, McPherson's racks with screw springs and telescopic gas-filled shock-absorbers, and also the stabilizer of cross stability.

Both depreciation racks are connected with a body and rotary fists bolts. Rotary fists go cross levers from aluminum which are connected with a beam of a forward suspension bracket. The beam through hydrosupport is connected by bolts with the car bottom.

The forward suspension bracket has the stabilizer of cross stability which interferes on turns with an inclination of a body and increases coupling of forward wheels with the road.

The forward suspension bracket does not demand leaving.

Carrying out welding and leveling works on a forward suspension bracket is not allowed.

Considering that cross levers and support are made completely of aluminum:

1 do not allow contact of aluminum details of a running gear with battery electrolyte.
2 apply To cleaning only brushes from stainless steel. Do not apply a brush from carbonaceous steel and brass.
3 At polishing/cutting circle close aluminum details of a running gear, do not subject to their influence of sparks.
4 do not subject to influence of steel welding splashes, close aluminum details.
5 do not subject aluminum details to dot influence of temperature above +90 °C. Coloring in chambers is allowed.
