Towage
Installation of a towing cable / towing bar
The car has to be towed only for the eye which is specially provided for this purpose. The eye is in a set of the onboard tool and before towage has to be screwed in the corresponding places on a front or rear bumper.

Rules of towage
3 Include ignition to exclude blocking of a steering wheel, to provide possibility of inclusion of a stoplight, a sound signal and screen wipers.

5 Turn on the alarm system on both cars.
6 As the amplifier of a brake and the power steering work only at the working engine, on the idle engine it is necessary to press more strongly a pedal of a brake and to put more considerable effort to a steering wheel.
7 application of a towing bar Is recommended. In case of application of a towing cable there is a danger of arrival of the car. The towing cable has to be elastic. It reduces dynamic load of cars. It is necessary to apply only cables from artificial fiber or cables with an intermediate elastic element.
Cars with automatic transmission
Position of the selector: "N"
Maximum speed of towage: 70 km/h!
Maximum distance of towage: 150 km.
8 At damage of a transmission or big distance the car is towed with the lifted driving wheels. Reason: at the idle engine the oil pump of transmission does not work and the last does not receive enough the oil necessary for higher numbers of turns and long towage.
9 At use of the conveyor: The car is allowed to be transported only with the lifted driving wheels. Attention: For an exception of damage of a transmission it is not allowed to tow the car a backing with the rotating driving wheels.
Start of the car towage
Start of the car towage is impossible on cars with AT.

| The car is started only at the cold engine, otherwise there is a danger of damage of the catalytic converter. |
10 Turn on the alarm system.
11 Include ignition.
12 Include the 3rd transfer, press a pedal of coupling and hold it.
13 Begin towage of the car.
14 Slowly include coupling when both cars move.
15 As soon as to be started the engine, press a pedal of coupling and switch off transfer not to run into the towing car. |
