Memory of individual settings

Possibilities of work

You can adjust separate functions of your car voluntarily. There is a possibility of programming on HUNDRED BMWs of some functions according to your requirements.
There are possibilities of entering of settings in the block of memory of the car (Car Memory) and key (Key Memory). You can choose to four options of control of one function for four various drivers. The main thing thus that each driver had the key with remote control. When unlocking the car by means of remote radio control it as a result of data exchange with a key distinguishes the corresponding owner and performs the corresponding tunings put in his memory. Externally various keys differ on color stickers which are delivered together with keys.

The Car Memory and Key Memory functions allow to establish, for example, automatically seats with function of memory in user-friendly situation.

Electronic anticreeping system (immobilizer)

The electronic anticreeping system raises extent of protection of your car against stealing. Thus you should not include something or to adjust. The system allows to start the engine only keys from your car. At your request on HUNDRED BMWs electronic schemes of separate keys can be blocked (for example, at loss of a key). The blocked key it is impossible to start the engine.

In a key there is an electronic device. Electronics of the car exchanges via the ignition lock individual for each car and constantly changing code signals with a key. Systems of ignition, food and a starter join only if the key is distinguished as "".
At the inaccurate address with a key it can be damaged. In that case start of the engine will be impossible.


Uniform lock

Principle of action

The uniform lock works only if both forward doors are closed. The uniform lock provides simultaneous locking and, respectively, unlocking:

- doors,
- luggage carrier,
- covers of the filling hatch.

It is possible to put it in action:

- outside, having inserted a key into the door lock, and also by means of remote radio control
- from salon, having pressed the special button

At involvement of the uniform lock outside the anticreeping system which does not allow to unlock a door safety locks or handles of opening at the same time becomes more active. Also becomes more active (or it is deactivated) security signalizatsiya*.

In case of accident there is an automatic unblocking of the uniform lock, but doors locked on safety locks do not open, address to the following materials in this Section. Besides, the light alarm system and light in salon turn on.

Unlocking and locking of doors outside

Having left the car, do not lock it if in salon there were people as it will be impossible to open doors from within.

At some export models the control of the security alarm system can be made only by means of remote radio control. Unlocking of the car a key causes operation of the alarm system in these models. For switching off of the alarm system press the button 1 ("to Unlock") or start the engine.

Automatic opening and closing

You can open or close electrodriving glasses and a lifting and movable cover of the hatch, having turned a key in the lock of a door of the driver.

Opening: at the closed door hold a key in the situation "Unlock".
Closing: at the closed door hold a key in the situation "Lock".

If you release a key, the movement of glasses and a cover of the hatch will stop.

Unlocking and locking manually (at defect of electric equipment)

Having turned a key in the relevant provision, it is possible to unlock or lock the driver's door.

Remote radio control by locks

Remote radio control allows to unlock and lock the car easily. Besides, there are two more additional functions which realization is possible only by means of remote radio control:

- Inclusion of light in salon. This function allows you easier to find the car left in underground garage.
- Opening of a luggage carrier. The trunk lid will a little be slightly opened irrespective of, it was locked or not.

Along with unlocking / locking of the car deactivation / activization of anticreeping system and security signalizatsii* is made.

At some export models the control of the security alarm system can be made only by means of remote radio control. Unlocking of the car a key causes operation of the alarm system in these models. For switching off of the alarm system press the button 1 ("to Unlock") or start the engine.

Keys from the uniform lock

The key with the transmitter is a key from the uniform lock, see above.

The children who are in the car can lock doors from within. Therefore, leaving the car, always take out a key from the lock of ignition and take it with yourself at any time to have opportunity again to open the car outside.
Each pressing of the button of the transmitter is followed by a light-emitting diode blinking. If the light-emitting diode when pressing the button does not light up, locking by means of remote control is more impossible. It is necessary to replace the battery.


Unlocking and automatic opening

Unlocking: press the button 1.

At some export models by the first pressing of the button only the driver's door opens, by repeated pressing - all other locks.

Automatic opening: hold the button 1 in the pressed situation. Electrodriving glasses and a cover of the hatch will open.


Locking, statement on the alarm system and automatic closing

Locking and statement on the alarm system: press the button 2.

Having left the car, do not lock it if in salon there are people as it will be impossible to open doors from within.

Automatic zakryvaniye*: hold the button 2 in the pressed situation. Electrodriving glasses and a cover of the hatch will be closed.

During process of closing watch that jammed nobody glasses or a cover of the hatch. If you release the button, closing process will stop at once.

If on the car equipped with the security alarm system (address to the Section the Security alarm system), process of automatic closing of glasses and a cover of the hatch interrupts, it is necessary to unlock once again the car pressing of the button 1 before continuing process of automatic closing. Otherwise the security sensor of a list and the microwave sensor of protection of salon will be switched off.


Inclusion of light in salon and shutdown of the security sensor of a list *

Inclusion of light: without unlocking the car, press the button 2.

Shutdown of the security sensor of a list and microwave sensor of protection of salon: having locked the car again press the button 2.

Opening of a trunk lid

Press the button 3.

Before a trip be convinced that the trunk lid is incidentally not left open.

Unlocking and locking of doors from within

This button allows to put at the closed forward doors in action the uniform lock. All doors, a luggage carrier and a cover of the filling hatch open as a result or locked, but activization of anticreeping system thus does not happen.

Unlocking and opening

Separate locking of a luggage carrier

Having made some effort, turn a key to the right and take it in horizontal situation.

Thus, the luggage carrier is locked, and its lock is switched-off from the uniform lock. As a result of people, for example the employee of hotel who received from you a key from a door and the lock of ignition will not be able to open a luggage carrier.


Opening outside

Press the button in the handle (it is shown by an arrow). The trunk lid will be slightly opened.

When opening a luggage carrier its illumination joins.


Unlocking and locking manually (at defect of electric equipment)

Insert a key from the uniform lock into the lock of a luggage carrier and turn it to the left against the stop - the trunk lid will be slightly opened.

The luggage carrier is again locked as soon as its cover is shut.

Closing of a trunk lid

Handles (are shown by shooters) in internal facing of a cover facilitate its closing.

In order to avoid injuries watch that you, closing a trunk lid, nobody was pressed.

In order to avoid hit of exhaust gases in salon the trunk lid at the movement of the car has to be surely closed. If once you nevertheless have to go with the lifted cover:

- close all glasses and a lifting and movable cover of the hatch,
- systems of heating and ventilation or the automatic conditioner establish on the mode of the strengthened air supply, address to the Section Heater, ventilation and the conditioner of air of salon.
