You can make adjustment of a belt on the growth by adjustment of the top point of its fastening. For this purpose displace the button down or up. These two children's seats which are built in on extreme places of a back seat and conforming to the requirements developed on the basis of the directive of the Economic commission of the UN for Europe at number R-44 intend for children from 3.5 to 12 years (from 15 to 36 kg). For children from 18 months to 3.5 years (from 9 to 18 kg) these seats should be used in a combination to a special back and a travmozashchitny table which can be got on HUNDRED BMWs. Inflatable Safety Cushions (ISC)
Inertial sensors constantly control the acceleration forces operating on the car. If as a result of collision the driver and the passenger are affected by such force of acceleration with which only one seat belts cannot provide sufficient protection any more, in parallel with each other work gas generators of inflatable safety cushions for the driver and the forward passenger. Protective action Forward NPB protect the driver and the forward passenger at a head-on collision when protective action only of one seat belts is insufficient. The top and lateral NPB provide protection at side crashes. Lateral NPB protect the corresponding lateral parts of a thorax.
Control lamp of NPB
The system is ready to work: The control lamp lights up for some time then dies away. The system is faulty: The control lamp does not light up. Control lamp, having lit up for a while, dies away and again lights up. In case of malfunction of system there is a danger of that at collision it will not work even if accident will be rather heavy. Facing of NPB for the forward passenger cannot be used as the shelf for things. Safety facing of a steering wheel, the forward panel and lateral upholstery of lobbies and back doors, and also covers are resistant and edges of facing of a ceiling cannot be pasted over with anything, to fit or somehow to alter. Is inadmissible to strengthen systems of safe transportation of children on a forward passenger seat. Transportation of children is younger than 12 years and less than 150 cm in height it is allowed only on a back seat.
